Elyzium are pleased
to announce a new support service called xpertcare.net for extended
support for Tivoli customers. Previously, customers could log calls
with Elyzium's support services either by phone or by email.
Xpercare.net allows customers to now log and monitor their own
tickets.
Helpdesk
Each ticket is tracked against our customer SLA's
and monthly reports can be generated to appraise performance.
Individuals with access to Xpertcare can see tickets created by them
and anyone within the same company but no other customer's tickets.
Xpertcare is a secure helpdesk service and significant new features
will be introduced over time.
24x7 Support
This service extends Elyzium's TWS 24x7 support
and allows customers to track critical problems in real time,
reducing the need to call the support helpline.
