UK Tivoli User Group October 2015

Join Elyzium for the Scheduling & Workload Automation track on 28th October 2015

Elyzium is delighted to be involved with the Scheduling, Workload Automation, and TWS track at the next Tivoli User Group being held at IBM’s Southbank offices in central London.

September 2015

As part of the official Tivoli User Community, the UK Tivoli User Group provides a forum for Tivoli customers to collaborate with other customers, and Tivoli themselves, on all aspects of Tivoli software. The event will provide you with an opportunity not only to network with your peers, but also to hear and learn from IBM and Elyzium experts alike, about all things TWS; from best practice upgrade and migration methods, to future roadmaps and example client implementations.
In addition to the general opening and closing sessions the scheduling track includes:

TWS Update/Futures
An opportunity to hear about the latest TWS news and what you can expect from future version releases.

TWS – The Client Experience
Hear from Yorkshire Building Society about their experience of using TWS. YBS will provide an overview of the set-up and history of their TWS environment, as well as discuss the way in which they utilise both Processor Value Unit (PVU) and Per Job Pricing (PJP) licensing models, along with the benefits of each.

Birds of a Feather
An informal session which brings together IBM experts, Business Partners and Users to have an open discussion, and share information and ideas about all things TWS.

Rediscover IBM Technical Support Services
Learn how IBM Support offers deep TWS expertise to assist with issue prevention and resolution in a far more flexible manner than you may think – from 24x7 to ad-hoc cover for a migration or business critical trading period.

TWS & the API Economy
Learn how services such as SoftLayer, Twilio and Twitter can be driven via their APIs using TWS, and provides organisations with new business opportunities.

The event is free, and in addition to the TWS track, there will be sessions covering all aspects of the Tivoli Software portfolio including storage, endpoint management and monitoring, so why not bring along a colleague or two?
